Hello, I was logged in this morning no problems. Went offline randomly, when I tried to log back in my account PW was changed. So i reset PW and once I was able to log in all but 3g had been stolen. I contacted in game GM's but they couldn't help. Any guidance on how to get my account Gold refunded would be helpful.

I'm really confused. I have a clear log saying someone logged into my account from 86.105.9.101 witch is a Europe IP address, i can't be the only person ever who's been hacked like this.
Enable 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
You can't get any gold or items back unless you bought them with coins.
