Set price to sell a character?

So I have a fresh 70 Lock that I would like to sell and for some reason, the system always defaults back to 62 coins? Is this because she has a flying mount and dual spec unlocked? I really want to sell her for less but it won't let me. What am I doing wrong?

Minimum price is calculated from the gear you have. Mounts and dual spec should not affect it at all. If you want to sell it for a lower price, you can unequip some items and sell it without inventory.
