Activity rank

So my activity rank dropped from envoy to agent, after "donor bashing". Why? And how to raise it again?

There is a bonus of 0.5 points per day for having an account in good standing. After you get banned, you lose it for 1 year. You can still get more points by getting more achievement points in game.
