Recount + Skada

Hello there and thanks for advance,i need help with the addons on the title for some reason both of them don't seem to work at all (they don't start for some reason) i searched tried some commands which i found the forums,installed the correct version but still nothing

Are you putting them in the correct folder? Also another question, have you tried installing any other addons and were they successful?
