Unable to connect to my game

Hi, I have been trying to connect to WotLK for a few hours now and with no luck so far. At first i tried to find some kind of topic that would talk about my specific issue but no one has either gotten an answer or disscused this. My problem is that i am unable to connect to my game. Whenever i launch the game im prompted to login, after inputting my gamer tag and passworld - No i am no using my e-mail so that is not the problem, neither am i using my blizzard account. It says that i should contact blizzard if this keeps on going. And going into my data - enUS - realmlist did not help either because i already have - set realmlist logon.warmane.com correctly written. So my question is, is there anyone that has an proper answer? Anyone that has been in the same place and got over this issue? I really want to play the game with a friend and after lenghty disscusion about what i can do we were unable to come up with anything. She has also downloaded it from here and it works fine for her, so i don´t really understand what the problem is on my end. Thank you beforehand.
