Possible coin refund?

Hi! I'm coming back from when everything was still from molten wow. I've played during cata and donated $100+ to characters there and recently decided to come back. My character that had all the donor gear was a paladin and was on another cata server but was deleted so i put all the donor gear/spent the coins on a warrior on the one and only cata server which was neltharion. I decided to quit since cata was dying out. Came back after a couple years and now the cata servers are only for the hardcore fans which is difficult to regain all my gear, find raids, dungs, etc. Is it possible to regain all or even a portion of the coins i've spent on that character? Sucks to think i'm coming back to wotlk and $100+ was wasted on a unused character in a cata server.
