Transmog problem?

Hello I have a problem with transmog. I am wearing hc Oathbinder and I cannot transmog it into http://www.wowhead.com/item=28430/lionheart-executioner ( I have master swordsmith and I created [Essence of Lionheart Executioner] ) however it says that this item cannot be transmogrified with that appearance. Polearms are not transmogable into two hand swords or is this a bug? Thanks in advance

1H Sword <> 1H Axe <> 1H Mace
2H Sword <> 2H Axe <> 2H Mace

Polearm <> Staff

Bow <> Gun <> Crossbow

Daggers <> Daggers
Fist weapons <> fist weapons
Wands <> Wands
Shields <> Shields

As you can see it is not a bug

Well thanks that means that I wasted 7k g and few hours of farming for nothing :/
