what to expect after 1 year

Hello people.

as stated in the title.. i am returning after over a year..getting bored of cs and dota.. anyway.. what should i expect that has changed?
is lorderon now updated to icc/ rs ?
are there any updates to priests? as i will be doing what i used to do here and also in retail.. is be a healer priest..

Stuff in general is a lot better, which is to be expected. ICC is out on Lordaeron. RS isn't yet. Both priest healer specs are topnotch, coding-wise. They're indeed more than viable.
