I enchanted my shoulder heirloom and then I tried to send it to my alt character, but I cannot. It says "account bound item" but when I try to mail it, it says "You cannot send soulbound items". Is there any way that I can fix this problem ?

most enchants will make an item "soulbound".
So your heirloom is not "bind to account" anymore

So I suggest that heirlooms should be "non-enchantable" items to prevent this kind of accidents.
The conclusion is ; you have to buy another heirloom to send it to your alt If you enchanted it.
This really sucks. And I was able to do this a year ago, no problem. Something changed on the Icecrown server since then. I was passing all my enchanted heirlooms back then with no problem.
Spend a few hours in doing Fos/Pos runs getting 40 EOTS is easy.
