Unlearning Transmutation master in order to switch to Elixir mastery?

Hey guys, I have read all over that after learning transmutation master for 4 primal mights, you can talk to the same guy in netherstorm and unlearn it, and he'll give you an option to switch to another mastery. For some reason, after turning in the quest to become a transmutation master, talking to him gives no such feature.. Not sure whats going on here.. I hope I didn't buy 4 primal might for nothing. I was told its an easy workaround to not have to run the old dungeons for quest items (elixir master).
P.S.: Even tried going to the alchemy master in Thrallmar to see if he would give anything, nope.
Also tried going to the Elixir Master in Shattrath, he gives nothing either.

I'v got a same problem. I read on the alchemy guide you can walk around this quest in the dungeon by getting primal might and finish this quest. Than just unlearn and learn potion. But looks like on warmane it's broken. Is there anyway to fix this ?

I get a solution from one of the GM's which solved issue. Before you lunch a game delete cache folder in wow folder. Than lunch game and you should be able to unlearn specification.

I tried but it doesn't work. Is there any other way? It's a bug right? .....
