[Infinite Dust] vs [Greater Cosmic Essence]

I have noticed that on icecrown (x7/wotlk) realm is heavy disproportion between chance of getting infinite dust and greater cosmic essence.

At global server there were about 99% chance to drop [Greater Cosmic Essence] from weapon/offhands, and 95% drop chance of [Infinite Dust] from armor items, here i see that armor got also high chance to drop [Greater Cosmic Essence] making cosmic essence nearly 0 value.
Is there a chance to make it more balanced drop rate from disenchanting?

Seems fine for me, and i think its around 75% chance for Dust on armor items?

So fine that [Greater Cosmic Essence] on AH is a lot below [Infinite Dust] price, its far from fine ;D
on globe essence was alyways more expensive than infinite dust...
one essence aprox price was about two times higher than one dust
