Accidentally De'ed my paid item

Sorry if i posted in the wrong section, but I accidentally deleted an item which costed 33 coins. I created a ticket in game, and GM told me to create a premium ticket (not sure what that is?)

I created a ticket in account services on webiste, but its been 24 hours, can someone look into my ticket please?

Account services is the correct place to create a ticket. It may take them some days to get to it, timelines vary depending on how many tickets are being submitted and the number of staff on hand.
