Coin Purchase

I recently attempted to purchase coins on your site via donating. After selecting the 20 euro option I was greeted with a "transaction not completed" message after seeing this I figured it must be down and decided to try again later. However the next day I noticed that the transaction was completed and the money had been removed from my account. Upon checking my account on war mane no coins had been added. Please help.

Submit a support ticket with proof of the successful purchase and they should be able to add the coins to your account manually.
