Wrong click on purchase item

Hello I brought wrong item with my points by mistake could i get a refund? I have not taken the item from my mailbox I returned it, so I didn't take it and lost my points

there should not be any refund for Point store but if you are premium you may tro to open a ticket on website as "general enquiry"

I talkign about coins and I return mail where was item now I dont have item and coins ;/
