Gloves: Gloves of the Tempest

Trinket: Shifting Naaru Sliver

Off Hand: Heart of the Pit

Without ele sham - You would swap out KJ head for T6 head. Swap out T6 gloves for KJ gloves (hit rating gloves) and swap out Heart of the Pit for Chronicle of Dark Secrets which should get you exactly 13% hit with 1 hybrid gem
