Coin Item Refund

Hello, I was just gifted some coins and I used them to buy a weapon which I now realize was a mistake for me to purchase. I ask for your help please as I would really appreciate it if I could refund the item back for coins and purchase the right item for me. Thank you.
PS: It hasn't been 24 hours yet since my purchase.

if you are premium you can open a ticket on website. My account > Support > create ticket > item misbuy (or general enquiry)

I do not know if even not-premium can get a refund but you will find out by sending an email to [email protected]
