I'd use the "Gold-Leaf Wildboots" from Doomlord Kazzak (with 1 Haste + 1 Heal / Mp5 Gem) or BT/MH trash boots instead of Stillwater Boots. Get the 2nd purple Gem in Gloves and you can go Haste gem everywhere else and have an active Metagem.

I knew my boots were funky. Couldn't remember where to get them. Was thinking Divine Light for a second.

Scarab is better than the VR trinket? I'd think with chain heal being counted as a direct heal that trinket would come out ahead.
