I cant collect my points

I am trying to collect my points from the site from a month.The message is saying "Temporary unavailable".I am staying at 6 points from when i started to play.I want to know why i can't collect my points and will anyone restore them to me.Hope that someone will help me and fix this problem.

Make a ticket, do make sure you have 1000 achievement points as well just incase.
