Looking for gnome female => humane female model edit

I'm looking for a clean model edit from gnome female to humane female, I tried following some tutorials on youtube but it seems that i'm really bad at it :(

I can exchange the patch.mqp file for some gold or some boost for your alts.

I wish to see myself as a humane female but I'm gnome female now, I'm looking for a way to do that. I tried with glitchys but there are some bugs with the head, I'd like to have a "clean" model edit.
