[ANSWERED] Medievh end? v.2.0

Hi again!
Tried to ask Borrean (Community Manager) who replied my first topic but didn't get any answer so i need to clarify still:

"There was a question about Medievh characters. I had 2 main banking heroes on Medievh but they both were lvl 1

I could transfer chars if they were 19 lvl and above but now i can't even level them up cause server is dead.

I missed hell tons of reagents for engineering especially. Could i somehow get em back? I can't transfer chars due to lvl 19 limitation.
Any solutions?"

Sorry for asking again but i think i am not the only one who is interested in the answer cause i heard kinda few same questions.

If your characters weren't eligible to be transferred before, they won't be now.
Everyone had enough forewarning to get their alts to the minimum required level before the deadline.
