Can I create a DK without any high lvls on this server?

a dk requires a level 55 on the server you wish to play on, with the exception of possibly blackrock as it's an insta 80 pvp server, not 100% sure.
you can however donate and once your account is premium you can create a dk on any realm except lord without the level 55 prerequisite.
can't really comment on the talents.
