So on some chars I have 20 scrolls, and on some I have none.
Would be awesome if the scrolls would be Bind on Use or Account bound.
Just a suggestion though.

Should be better has bind to account than on use, also yes I wonder why it's not bound to account already
Yes please ... Been playing for months and still dont have enough to transmog a full set. Or make the transmog npc costly like 10k per transmog.
Suggested before, denied before.
Drops are individual to encourage people to go after drops with each character they want to have a transmogrification set, instead of just using their most powerful/easiest character to farm all around.
