Switch Alliance - Horde Outland

Hello I would like to know when can we switch Alliance -> Horde? The population of Outland Alliance is good this time right?

Common consensus is that it won't be allowed until Alliance outnumber Horde at an absurd ratio. Perhaps 2:1 Alliance-to-Horde population.

Is that true ? Even with a payment system like on icecrown ? Cuz its stupid To wait such a ratio for a paying change..

The ratio was just him speculating, but the essence of the matter is true: there won't be transfers like that unless there's a considerable imbalance pending to the Alliance side, because we weren't born yesterday and know what will happen otherwise.
