No to both questions.
Actually i think that the arena points will reset, and the honour points won't as far as I remember how it was. Nevertheless it is up to Warmane's staff to decide how and whether to perform the reset or not.
I reckon honor and arena points should not be reset. Perhaps anyone from the staff could confirm this?
I did check arena junkies on that specific date and it seems arena points weren't reset.
Multiple people bought s4 items on the first day so it should be the same here.
Still, wait for the official reply from mods/admins.
