Exchange weapons

sorry I write in here but I found no other way... only one catergory for a ticket, and that does not work....
i have an open ticket (ingame). Can i Exchange my pvp weapons against equivelant pvp weapons? Because would like to have swords and no maces. Please only for a better look.

if they were purchased with coins you can report it as a misbuy if you purchased them less than 24h ago. if they weren't purchased with coins your SOL.
