cant donate

Hello ihave been trying to donate my account to get Premium status but icant bcz it says that donating is blocked for my account i dont know why pls help me out.thanks

they should have a contact us option somewhere on their website. never had to deal with them so not 100% sure.

This problem is getting annoying cuz this isnt about the card im using im sure its about my wow account .iused bunch of diferent card's all of them saying donation is blocked even borrowed my friends card still the same result...dont know what to do anymore.

i even donated my friends account with that card yesterday this is amazing ... whoever can fix this pls tell me a solution.
