Marketplace Items have disappeared

Hi Staff,

quite some time ago I used quite some Points to buy several Items on the Marketplace (as can be seen in my Account History). Now most of them have disappeared from my Inventory/Bank. Any chances of getting them back since I paid for them ?

there's 0 support for items purchased with points.

Staff will never ever give you an item no matter what.

I have also had items vanish, the only proof i had it was my outfitter showing it had been equipped. Doesnt matter, vanished item are gone forever.
