Hacked account and Banned

Good morning,

I have been hacked ingame, I was in a group with 2 friends who have seen how my character used the HS to go to the city and then he spoke to them through party chat.

I have reset the password while the hacker was in my account, but when I managed to reset the password, my account was banned
