It just starts as if its the first time I opened the game every time.
I have tried no addons log out, log out in inn, exit, exit in inn. still nothing.
any ideas?

Right click on WoW folder and click properties.Then uncheck read only and click on ok.Open WoW and save your settings.Next time you open WoW,your settings will be saved.

I still need to unequip item, logout and then login for transmog to stick.
He was asking for game setting (like interface options, addons ecc) not trasmog, anyway u don't need to logout to save xmog, just unequip it and then re-equip itQuote:
