Hit rating draenei

So with draenei race, Im I good with 4% hit rating for pvp? When I mouseover my hit on char screen its 4.09% so heroic presence isnt calculated in this? Am I hit capped with 4.09% ? I have items to get it to 5.9% but I think its too much.

So simple question , am I hit capped at 4% as draenei or is it better to go for 5% + 1% heroic presence so its 6% ? (cuz some classes have spells for dodge etc)

Or should I go with 4% and add items that benefit me crit or arp?

You're fine with 4%

It doesn't actually show in the stats when you have talents/buffs that give you hit.

So the same would apply if you had Focused Aim

Technically you could go 1% hit with gear and then get 3 points in focused aimed + draenei

Ok I have 1 point in focused aim so I guess I have over 5% :D . Thanks for the info.
