WOTLK main questline constantly bugged on Icecrown

I know that server with that much players could be hard to maintain, but main questline on Icecrown is bugged for years. One of examples is Wrathgate questline. Ticket for quest Chain gun and you is 2 years old, or ticket for The Brothers Bronzebears is 1 year old, but in that time we got transmog for example. A lot of people including me want to know how can developers create custom content but can't fix the main things in game which takes a lot of less time than custom content?

It's not Wrathgate, it's one of the quest in questline for Alliance.

Wrathgate used to work fine year ago now that quest in basement is bugged,Brother bronzbeeard quest is one of final ones in Strom peaks as i recall,it has workaround to it,you just need to exit that chopper 1 secound before it dissapears,and it triggers the scenario and you can finish the quest
