Cant start the game (TBC Outland)

Hello, I just downloaded the Outland TBC private serer and I cannot start it. When i try launching the game i get a WoWError message which tells me there has been a "fatal exception". Help me please :-)

delete it and download it again

I did that just now, still does not work :/
