Character trade question

Hello, I'm looking to buy a character on the character trade page but I have a question. Is there anyway to get my coins back if the character is not actually what is described? I'm looking at a shaman that says is attuned to SSC, but I have no way to see if it is. What can I do? I don't want to waste my coins on something that I'm not actually getting.

If character does not meet the description, you can make a support ticket on website here. They should be able to return your coins.
