When I go to teach myself this pattern, I get a prompt saying: You can never use this item.

Seems to be bugged. Don't know if it's specific to this instance of the item, or just the recipe. I bought it for 12g on the auction house and I'd really like to use it so I can level LW. Tried logging in and out.

I checked with the vendor in Hammerfall, and I don't see the harness recipe.

only 1 person can buy it at at time. if it's not there you have to wait for it to restock. which can take a while.
