I have 11x recipe transmogrify on server ice!! and the store only it's has items lvl 200 and above!! We Need items from lvl 60 and 70 so we can use transmog, or why even warmany take this step!?

go farm the items yourself. if the item/boss is bugged and doesn't drop, report it on the bug tracker and wait for a fix.
