Lost characters

Hello
I have an acc on which I played like 2 years ago.Now I want to start playing again,and when I logged in on this site and when I wanted to check my characters on TBC realm,I found out all my characters are deleted.None of them remains,it is an empty account.I did not pay for it so it will be deleted.Please give me back my characters.

they were on x1 realm or x5 realm?

x1 realm has been closed so you have to move them from https://www.warmane.com/account > services page

if you do not see any character on website it means they have been flagged for a rename so you have to log-in in game
