Got a server note about faction change being free, but when I come to the website to do it, it just says "select character to do this" but the select character drop down, doesn't give me any characters to choose from.

Got a server note about faction change being free, but when I come to the website to do it, it just says "select character to do this" but the select character drop down, doesn't give me any characters to choose from.
1. you can change faction only from Horde to alliance ( not the opposite)
2. you need to select a lvl 1 alliance to copy his appearance and race ( so it must be the same class of your horde character)
