Where I can trade my characters? I dont want to yell in trade chat all the time

My Account > Trade > Character Trade.
Make sure you apply appropriate filters.

This won’t work if you’re not premium.

Maybe did you mean "where to advertise them"? in that case you can only use in-game chat.
You can not advertise them on Forum
