i have a problem, yesterday my deleted characters Sharpfinger and Xainnz was up for Restoration, but today all what i have is " You don`t have any characters up for restoration " what i have to do about that?

i have a problem, yesterday my deleted characters Sharpfinger and Xainnz was up for Restoration, but today all what i have is " You don`t have any characters up for restoration " what i have to do about that?
I guess there is a set *time to recover* , so they dont overfload their database and if you pass that *time* psssht the characters are gone forever. I suggest you do a backup of your account every now and then so that you don't loose anyother stuff!
