Hello Sir/Ma'am
Please help me with this, I am currently not capable of riding the cloud serpent despite having the quests finished and the reputation "exalted" already. I was able to finish the quest where you need to collect 10 flags/checkpoints and already bought the mount but I still can't summon the mount because I don't have the cloud serpent riding skill.
