Formula: Enchant Weapon - Lifestealing

Hello,
I would like to kindly ask some from administration staff to check the drop ratio of this specific item as I am farming it last 3 days and can’t loot it.
It appears that the chance of drop from monster Spectral Resercher is 0,88 to 2.38 %.
I have killed about 450+ of those mobs and can’t loot it.
Someone from players can confirm if it really drops? Or it’s not available anymore?

I see but how it’s possible that there are those scrolls of lifesteal enchant in auction house?

Also can you please tell me what do u mean by bug tracker? How I can find it here on warmane website? Or?

When you log into warmane you have some tabs saying "News, Stream, Devlog, Changelog and Bugtracker"
