Badge of justice BiS for prot warrior

Hey. I’m a prot warrior with a fair amount of badges right now. But I don’t wanna waste them on gear that isn’t too good. Anyone know what’s the best gear to get from badges for tank warriors? I tried googling it but couldn’t find a solid answer.

This. Anyways if you want something for gearing up till ZA choose the shield, its BIS pre kara.
