"a hero burden" cant switch reputaion

i made a mistake when i satrted and rushed into having rep with the oracles, by doing it i skipped some part of the chain quest now i cant switch from oracles to freanzyheart tried killing it letting some one else kill it blabla cant seem to be able to recive the quest inorder to regain the rep with freanzy heart been like that for year and a half and i am literally 6 quests away from lore master, any bright ideas will help the gm team kinda ignores me for over a year.
