You should be able to find. Make sure to filter to Icecrown and coins - 20 coins.

Select Realm: Icecrown >Select Character>Set Currency:Coins > Character Level Up
What does this mean - Coins to spend on in-game items (Not on Lordaeron), instant max-level (Not on Lordaeron or Outland), faction change, and other features through the website?
Should this be free or? I know Outland has instant max-level but you need to pay, I thought this one should be free then.
