Possible solution for ele shamans to deal with blizzard spam, but...
Hi fellow boxers,
as many of us struggle with spell aoe spam in pvp or in a more advanced environment, 4 caster dps teams in 5v5, I thought of a solution but there are some bugs that prevent me from testing it. There is some level 60 blacksmith shield http://www.wowhead.com/item=22198/ja...bsidian-shield which has a chance to silience your opponent and since you can switch shields in combat I intended to switch to that shield when I'm caught in Blizzard spam. Since its 5% chance on silencing the mage times the amount of toons he hits with that shield you will get him interrupted quite fast. However there is very little information about that item wether the procc chance is decreased for targets above level 60 or not, and wether this proccs on aoe spells or not, I would have to test it before.
Right now I did already the rep grind to revered cenarion circle to buy it but there are two major problems:
1) The NPC that is supposed to sell the plans for the shield doesnt have it in his inventory (neither has he other items in his inventory). Reported here

2) The mats you need to craft this shield dont seem to drop in AQ 20/40.

So if we get some upvotes on this it gets fixed hopefully soon i can do some testing with it and let you guys know if its worth the grind. The reason I'm asking for upvotes is, I don't really know if it does anything but I could imagine the Warmane stuff ignoring those problems because noone cares about that content anyway.
