I Keep Losing Connection on Wrath of the Lich King Server

Hello!

I keep losing connection on the WOTLK server. It'll work for a couple minutes, then the lag will spike. If it doesn't catch up to where it should be, I get logged out and disconnected from the server. Logging out and then logging back in immediately will fix it for a max of 10 seconds, and then the process will repeat. I've tried restarting my computer, but the same situation occurs.

I don't think it's anything to do with my internet connection because I have no connectivity issues with TBC server and anything else on my computer that requires internet. It is strictly with WOTLK.

Does anyone know what's happening and how I can fix it?
