Hard Lags Infight since 2 days

Hi guys.

I didnt played some days not and since 2 Days i have ultra Lags if im infight, FPS allways ~60 FPS. Its so hard that i cant play. Outfight is all normal and fine..
I downloaded the client 2 times new but same problem.
Can someone help? I cant play with this Lags infight. It looks like the FPS drops to unter 5 FPS infight but it says FPS is always over 60 FPS..

Its not Hardware problems.

Disable recount, see if it helps.

usually this is caused by an addon. check if vertycal sync is is activated and try if enabling/disabling this helps. had the same problem
