Question how can i sent a screen shot to the team in witch you can see that some piece of **** is wispering me with Heil Hitler.
ppl like that disgust me and should get a perm ban.
I tried to find the link in the forum to contact a GM but could´t find it.
Please explain how i have to do it,. cause im bad with forums.

I doubt getting a Heil Hitler whisper is bannable. Ignore that guy and/or grow a thicker skin for opposing political arguments.
I don't know if it's bannable but he can still try reporting it. In some places it might be considered closer to racism than political argument and could be against this rule:
