Buying your own character on a separate account?

Is this allowed? I see there is no system to xfer characters to another account you own, and it seems this is the only way to do it? Is this within the rules to do? Or is there a way to get your character to another account you own?

It's allowed. And that's the only way. But it could get expensive if you want to transfer character with inventory.
