Grand Master Engineering bugged? Or am I ******ed? You decide.

I am level 80 with Master Engineering at 355/375. The option to train Grand Master Engineering is not available to me for some reason. I've tried both trainers from Borean Tundra as well as Dalaran. Here is a screenshot of what I see: https://i.imgur.com/EXmAIev.jpg

Did i miss something? I wasn't able to locate anything about this in bug tracker or other forums.

unluck, ive been skilling multiple engi chars in dalaran, never had any kind of issues. it should be there

try to check your filtering maybe? never seen this happen tbh, and i level sht ton of engineering within last half a year, including few last week.
